Sleep Country Canada review: king size adjustable bed frames

We along with our sister and husband bought two king size beds from Colleen from the Sleep Country located at 15878 Chain Lake Drive in Halifax NS.

We have a major complaint with this purchase. At no time we any of the four of us told that should we not like the bed, the base was totally not refundable or able to return for a different base. Had we been told this we would never have bought them. We were told the mattress had a 100 day exchange policy. We paid $4286.04 for a bed that we cannot sleep in. We slept in it for two nights and then returned it to the original packaging and called the store.

We are very upset that a firm this size would not supply us with the knowledge of no refund for the base. The store basically told us a flat out NO we could not return the item.

Never have I ever purchased something without at least a 30 day return or exchange policy, this is absurd that we are stuck with a bed of this cost with no recourse.

I believe that the saleswoman is 100% at fault for this matter because she did not give us full disclosure. Marie Conway
