I have been charged twice (july 7 - 43.45 and july l7 -49.90}
For this product and have never received either amount.

I feel this is another scam and I fully intend to contact my
Attorney General and have this company not allowed to
sell in Ohio. I am also stopping my account from allowing
more purchases to you.
You refuse telephone calls so what are you hiding? I will
do everything in my power to have my money refunded,
even if that means spending more money to get you stopped.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
After reading the reviews and complaints for this company Slim Chews, it is apparent that it is a scam. You would think that before Ophar's group recommends and spomsor's a company they would research the compant to be sure it's a legitiment company and not scam artist.
I have the same problem, my account was charged for an order I didn't place or authorized which made my account overdrawn. Now trying to contact Slim Chews they direct you to their website to make a complaint. I've left 3 complaint messages stating the problem and asking them to contact me ASAP over the last 2 weeks.
I haven't received a reply to any of them.
I aslo made a complaint on Ophra's website which I also haven't received a response to eihter. Next is the Better Business Bureau which I know they don't do anything either.
I'm contacting everyone who has submitted a complaint on the "Complaint Board" regarding Slim Chews and their failure to properly advertise the terms and conditions so customers would understand what they were getting themselves into. I'm thinking of starting a class action suit against Slim Chews for this reason. I'm on long term disability with intractable migraines, and I remember how difficult it was to read the fine print in addition to the glare of the computer, since I am light sensitive. Anyway, they are scam artists and should be punished. I'm just getting a head count at this point, so if anyone reads this, let me know if you are interested in going against Slim Chews with like-minded customers who feel they have been taken advantage of.

Please be very careful with Ketology Slim Chews as they automatically sign you up for a recurring subscription and will charge you monthly before you even know what happened.
I placed an order for what I thought was buy 3 get 2 free. Ended up being 5 bottles for $199.99. I did receive the product. Then, a few weeks later, my credit card got hit for another $199.99 charge from them with no notification. Fortunately, the charge was questioned by my bank and I could refuse it and have them blocked for future charges. I don't know what they are playing at, but sounds like a scam to me. Their chews haven't done anything for my weight loss either.
After typing this, I read through the Terms and Conditions on the website. It does say on fine print that you are agreeing to an "indefinite subscription equal to the original purchase until cancelled". I really don't believe anyone would ever need 5 bottles of these gummies ($200 worth) every month in perpetuity. So I called the Customer Service number not holding much hope for resolution but lo and behold I did reach a real person on a Sunday and I got to cancel my subscription. Miracles do happen! I have learned my lesson: read T&C before buying from random websites. Thanks to Wells Fargo for alerting me of the charge before approving the purchase 😉
Last month i was on the facebook link for these gummies and went through the process just to see how much they were because they were advertised as buy 3 get 2. Before it even showed a price i was already getting charged $250 for 5 bottles. I called customer service hoping to get a refund. I was refused a full refund due to the order already being processed in less than 20 minutes. She only offered me half a refund. I decided to just take it, get the bottles and forget it happened. Until today when i was charged $99.99 by slim chews. I call immediately and request a full refund stating i did not authorize this purchase. The woman tells me she cant refund me, offers me the same 50% off. I continue to talk with her telling her very clearly i do not want this package and i want my full $99.99 refunded. She tells me 2 separate times that she needs to put me on hold so she can go authorize a full refund but comes back both times telling me she cannot do more than 50%. I asked to speak to someone who could and she told me no one. I said this seems like a scam and she laughed at me. The best i could get her to do is half now and apparently i get the remaining money after i receive the package, call them back to get a return number, send it back to them and then i might get the rest of my refund. She told me she couldnt cancel my ‘subscription’ that i had until she saw that the bottles were returned with the return number. I just want my money back
This place is horrible. Terrible customer service! Charged my account again stating I had signed up for a subscription which I didn’t.
Will follow up with recourse as needed to resolve this situation and get my money refunded.

I purchased from an online ad for slim chews keto gummies and ordered a one time for 3 bottles and was billed $199. The following month I was charged again for three bottles. I clearly remember there being an option for a one time purchase vs a discounted price with a subscription. I tried to call the number listed on my credit card statement and continue to get a voicemail with a mailbox that is full. I just want to get a refund and return the product that was sent to me without my authorization and this company just obviously is out to get your money. Don’t buy from them unless you want to be scammed out of more money. I am disputing my charges with my credit card company now.
I have the same scenario as you. I called [protected] (after googling it) and cancelled it. I did get a cancellation #, but we will see if they charge me again in 10 days. My 2nd shipment was already in process at the time, so they said to call when I receive it and they will issue a return authorization # and I can ship it back for a refund. I did all they said to do (e.g., write that code on package when returning it); and, no joke, the package I sent with that # on the outside appeared back in my mailbox 12 days later. WTH? I just called, and they gave me a different address to send it to and confirmed my order is cancelled on my account. I'm hoping this 2nd return works and I get my refund in the next 2-3 weeks (will see). Definitely call this #. Good luck!
