I just bought a Jumbo barbecue roasted chicken from SM Hypermarket FTI. We weren't able to finish and eat the chicken because it is already spoiled. Even the gravy is spoiled. Plus, when I was about to pay at their customer service counter, there were 2 sales ladies and a guy who also works at SM but they all kept ignoring me even if they already saw me. I thought at first that they were just doing something work related so I waited until 2 of them left and 1 sales lady was left. She was still ignoring me so I finally said "excuse me" She then said "Bakit?!" in a very rude manner. So I snapped back "Magbabayad ako"
I hope you take action on this asap. I let the rudeness of that sales lady go only to end up with a spoiled chicken for dinner. If I hadn't bought food from Paotsin, we would have ended up having only rice for dinner.

We bought a pork ribs in your FTI branch, the persons manning that shop has told my wife they cannot cut it to pieces as he is a new staff and do not know how to operate the cutter.
If your staff does not know his job he should have a supervisor there to teach him.
My wife notice he was smiling behind our back and he think he is very smart. Work smart no to serve the customer. He should be disciplined. It happen at around 6pm on November 21, 2021.
