StainMaster review: London sky oak 6-mm x 7-in w x 48-in l waterproof interlocking luxury vinyl plank flooring

Product was recommended by Lowes flooring expert for our child's 125sqft room. We bought all the products to accompany (install kit, underlayment etc). Install was a disaster. Planks do not lock correctly - do not slide into place correctly. Followed all instructions - call customer care 2 times - reviewed official install video. No matter the result was the same. Now we are stuck with a product that did not meet expectations and loss of monies spent. I really wish Stainmaster would do the right thing and provide some type of refund.
