Their phone # in de is 302-356-2900 calls every hour every day.I do not answer phone #'s i dont know. Does not leave a message and i will not answer, from other posts first they were a scam
collection agency and now they are doing fake cruises. If you look on the internet they bounce around the country. Calling different states . I would block their number if i could.
This phone call comes in all the time on our home phone number, I go to answer it and no one is there. We will try to block this number on our phone so that the call can not come in.
Starnet Pretec is classified as a fake police charity (Who classified them? I did).
But if ya ask 'em real nice, they might also unlock your computer or reduce your student loan.
I have Starnet Paetec calling from [protected] - EVERYDAY.
They call me on a local number [protected]
I have them at : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] . They must have used the 673-4174 twice by mistake . Each number gets blocked and then they move on to another one. The first call had no called ID it was [protected] and only shows Scotchtown NY . All the others show Starnet Paetec. Any more calls and I might take out a harassment suit against them if possible. It's my cell phone they keep calling and I have that on the Do Not Call list the same as I have my house phone on it . Anyone who violates the DNC laws you know HAS to be a scammer .
This company STARNET PAETEC just called my cell from [protected] claiming to be the Social Security Administration. There was an automated message with instructions to press 1. The accented guy claimed he was from SSA, and my social security number had been involved in many incidents in Texas. He wanted my name and email. We didn't get beyond that... before he hung up on me. I started questioning him, as to why SSA wasn't showing up in caller-ID, why did the SSA not send me a letter about my SSN being used and the alleged suspension of my SSN immediately. Let me speak to your supervisor and click, he hung up.
I am trying to contact SSA as this is obviously a scam and many people may not have caller ID. Too many flags here, no caller ID showing SSA name, an accented man, never heard of notification on the phone without snail mail letter, and the fact that I have enough ID thefts and credit freeze that no one should be getting anything without calling me first. Thank all these companies and unscrupulous employees who sale our information and implicit in these scams. I am so sick of this!
PEOPLE BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE ANYONE YOUR PERSONAL INFOOVER THE PHONE UNLESS YOU PHONED THEM AND THEY TYPICLLY DO NOT NEED YOUR FULL SSN.
This company is so annoying. I truly believe they are fraud. They have called my business for years. This morning I finally got a human. I told them to remove my number that I knew they were fraud/scam. The guy hung up on me.
Everyone needs to block these [censored]es.
