StorageTreasures review: I lost my storage unit in auction & need to find the buyer! Missing very important items

I lost my storage unit on 3/15/2024 at noon to someone who bid $130 dollars & i’m grateful they left 2 totes behind of photos! But i’m missing very important documents! My children’s hospital documents from the day they were born & their immunization records, personal tax documents & bank statements! More photos& a scrap book that I never got to finish for my deceased father which holds photos of him & I that I can’t replace! I called & begged my storage unit extra space storage to contact buyer & also contacted storage treasures & they bot state there’s nothing they can do! I’m beyond upset! As buyers of a storage auction you there’s rules & I can replace the materialists items but I can’t replace personal documents! Please I beg you if you purchased a unit on 3/15/2024 at extra space storage facility unit #3901 please have a heart & return any items that are personal my children’s personal christmas ornaments anything that might not be valuable to you but would be valuable to me please! I’m not ok, i’m a complete wreck right now& grief stricken over all of this..
