Dear Sirs,
I was asked to get my SentraAirbag replaced, which I did this morning.
My Sentra was serviced 1 week ago, and it was in tip-top condition when I handed it in to your Skudai Workshop, for the airbag to be replaced. Upon taking delivery of my car, I turned the ignition and found that the engine throttled and could not pick up speed when I stepped on the accelerator. I asked the Sale Advisor who assured me that replacing the airbag did not involve touching the engine. He did not however offer to get my car engine checked. Hence, I brought it to an outside workshop to get it checked.
The problem was found to be due to a faulty spark COIL (See attached picture), which I got it changed.
I found it too much of a coincidence that the breaking point for the COIL to become faulty was in the very hour my car was in the custody of your workshop. Can I request that you review the CCTV footage to exclude any remote possibility that my ‘Good Coil' might have been harvested while my car was in your workshop. My apology for casting aspersions. What I want is to be rest assured? If indeed it does happen, then action ought to be taken immediately.
Thank you
Go Hwi Kueh
