We've been going to Tanishq since 10 years now because their gold is the most reliable, trustworthy and of good quality- thus the brand. But, sadly every time we've gone to the outlets (Pune- Bund garden) and even today (Hadapsar) branch, we've always have had some kind of an unprofessional experience with the female staff. For example, they won't be interested in what we actually want, will not pay heed to our requests for special small orders (having done huge personal shopping there just 2 years ago), telling us it can't be done without actually asking the responsible authority, or will miscalculate gold rate while exchange and once made us wait for almost 2 hours more till they checked and rechecked multiple times. today, we wanted to purchase something from Caratlane, Hadapsar, Pune branch and as it is a Tanishq partnership, we went to Tanishq, Hadapsar branch for some work, the female staff there made weird faces on my (the customer) and the Caratlane's staff arrival and mistook me as a carat lane employee coz I was asking a lot of questions. I mean, either they're dumb or over-smart coz they know that people will go to Tanishq for the quality of the product and brand name no matter how they behave with customers and fellow colleagues. this is not done. I'm extremely disappointed with the female staff attitude of Pune Bund garden and hadapsar branches. they need to be trained how to treat other human beings with respect even though we don't want to buy any gold plan. and they need to treat every employee of Tanishq (even partnership brands) with respect.
Desired outcome: proper training of female staff
This is very true and is happening in haldwani also, female staffs are bad and even though misguiding customers.
