Telebrands Pasta Bowl CLEARLY states (and I printed it to confirm)that ONE Pasta Bowl is $10.00 plus $6.99 for shipping. (Again I have PRINTED this info). Then it ASKS during checkout IF I want the second one for the same added price plus another $6.99 shipping. I checked their NO THANKS button. At the end I have an invoice for $10.00 for the ONE Pasta Bowl, but then they have DOUBLED THE SHIPPING to $13.98 !

But that isn't even the worst part. When I called IMMEDIATELY AFTER, they "can't find my order for 24-48 hours to cancel it". ha...BY THEN THEY WOULD HAVE SHIPPED IT !

They said I have to call back in 24 or 48 hours. Amazing, they took my $$ immediately online but now can't find it to cancel.

I am really mad at myself. I tried a Telebrands product once LONG AGO and they pulled some garbage then too.

I will NEVER order from them again. I do NOT like to be treated like a stupid consumer.

My husband requested a PediPaws order. It came in at twice the amount he said he had paid for it. Much to our surprise, we then received another (unrequested) order. I refused the additional order and returned it on 10/03/08. Upon my first call (at the end of October), I was told they had just received the package on 10/27. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund. After 14 days, I called again. This time I was told it would be expedited and I once again, would have the refund within 14 business days. I just called again, 12/15. I asked to speak to a supervisor who asked me how I returned it. I told her that was irrelevant, because their on records showed it coming back to their warehouse in October. She said, once again (they are always very apologetic) I can expect my refund shortly. After stealing the money from our account, I can see they are just hoping after two months, we would just forget. Be careful dealing with this company.

I have tried to get order status on my E-Z combs that I purchased on02/23/09 and have had no results. This company does not answer phones and tracking order site is unavailable. I have never had problems with on line purchasing from products known as "seen on TV" but this Telebrands sucks...where is my product?

I placed an order for Bottlecaps on November 13, 2017. I ordered from the website, they ask for the creditcard first. I wanted this product for $9.99 plus shipping...Thats all, and all of a sudden, a window pops up saying thank you for your order, your credit card will be charged $45.94. What? Oh forgot to mention it adds many other things to the order automatically. Did not let me confirm or anything. The order is done, I cannot go back. I called immediately to cancel the order, they informed me it was not in their system, that I had to call back in 24 hours. I did, thought all was good, then on December 17, 2017, I had a charge from them for the $45.94 and received an email saying it was shipped and estimated delivery was December 26, 2017. You have got to be kidding me...I cancelled this a month ago after feeling like I was railroaded into this huge order.
On their website, they said it ships out in 7 to 10 days. When I did not get charged in that period, I thought all as good. So I call to get my money back, they will not refund until they get their product back, they say it takes 3 to 4 days. However they offered to take $10.00 off if I would keep their product. Absolutely not, I told them. They find my order in their computer, and can see that I called to cancel directly after placing the order, but since they don't have a record of me calling 24 hours later, they shipped it anyway. This is a total scam and needs to be shut down.

First Outrage; I was sent and charged for two orders of "The Perfect Button" when I only ordered one increasing the tatal to $44.63

Second Outrage; one set was broken!

Third and worst outrage of all; I was refunded only $23.96! I could hardly understand the foriegn customer service rep with his oh so empty

"Vrrie sawrries." After all shipping and handling charges it would have been cheaper to have kept it! I'm sure thats what they counted on!

(By the way I paid for return shipping).

I will never purchase a telebrand product again. And it has made me very

leary of any mail order purchase! Worst they have my credit card number!

I just ordered a set of 10 with 2nd set for free and said no to the other offers. They charged me double the amount by putting one extra set and charged shipping $32 where it was supposed to be $6.95x2, total is $50.97 now as it should be $23.00. There is no way to cancel the order as there is no option and there, I am stuck now and very frustrated acn anyone suggest what can I do now? I learned my lesson today and I will never shop online no matter what...BEWARE TLEBRANDS and their tricks... Very fru

I went online to Telebrands after receiving an email about a product that tweeked my interest. The first page asked for billing information. This should have put up a red flag for me but I'm always able to edit order before submitting an order. This is not true for this company. You just select 'yes' or 'no' for each question asked about items and upgrades. On the very last page, you get a total which is totally ridiculous and there's no opportunity to edit the order or reject the order. This is an internet scam at its best!

This company is a scammer...adds merchandise u did not order and charges exorbitant shipping after you place an order...difficult to contact them too.

i would like to know how to contact them about my order. Telebrands Bare Lifts does not leave any way for one to contact them directly about your order either..I would have contacted them right away about their billing if i had the means of contacting them. The thank you for your order does not show the extra products they added nor their shipping charges which was misleading and delayed my response. Please try and get me a way to contact them directly

I ordered 1 pasta boat and they sent me ten. Charged my account for $128. It cost me 36 dollars to send them back. They have refused to pay the return postage. I've yet to see what they will refund to me. I was so angry I sent all ten back. This company is a making money hand over fist cheating people.

I bought a product from telebrands not knowing my name would be sold to another company that sells jewelry. Not only are they call over and over these telemarketers are convicted felons that have our credit card info.

I wish I never ordered from Telebrands. I get constant phone calls from them telling me they're going to send me a coupon book for $25 or that I won some trip. Everytime I tell them to take me off their calling list they just say "ok" and hang up. One time I asked for a supervisor and they kept me on hold for 15 minutes. I guess a lot of people wanted to speak that supervisor too! They call several times a week and multiple times in one day if I don't answer. They don't leave messages or if they do all you hear is the background noise. I think they hire all flunkies because they are the most uneducated and nastiest people I've ever had to deal with. What kind of customer service just hangs up on you when you're requesting to be removed from a list? By the way, the 360 Swivel Sweepers aren't worth the money-that's why they get you to order 2 because 1 doesn't last that long.

i tried to order a pasta boat and they charged me $40.00 to my account and i called them and they told me they cant return or cancel my order and then i asked for a supervisor and they said no one is available i am highly upset and i want my refund

I began a phone order for their Supreme 90 Day Bonus ABS product, but never completed it, having received no confirming number or confirmation of purchase. My on-line credit card, statement shows a temporary charge for the item. I called to question why it was there, and informed them not to send it, and was told it was already shipped. In today's mail, i received a card stating that the item I ordered was unavailable and that, if purchased by credit card, that my card was not billed. The time frame with regard to all of this would indicate that I was billed before the mailing stating that the item was unavailable. It's magic.

Alumawallet.com telebrands overcharged credit card without permission

they want your credit card 1st then charge whatever they want. customer service is no help. had to cancel credit card and report as fraud.

do not give your credit card to these thieves!

2 wallets for $10 + shipping becomes $49.94, you have no chance to correct it or call anyone to correct this.

sorry this site wants 100 words but have said enough. save yourself much grief and google "telebrands scam" or "alumawallet.com scam" and it is not just me.

I will never order another thing from this company! Took 2 months to get a card saying it would be another month. Ordered one item, the card says I ordered 2! Stay away from them! Tried to cancel my order and they will not let me cancel it. They tell you to call corporate, they give you the number, corporate has a recording that says call the 800 number that gave you the corporate number! They doubled my order, I ordered one item, the card I got in the mail said I ordered two. Bunch of jerks, they are a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY!

Ever since I ordered the amazing Pasta Boat I have been getting phone calls from some individual trying to sell me magazine subscriptions. When I tell him that I am not interested, he gets extremely rude and aggressive. Now I am getting hang up calls. When I redialed the number, sure enough-- same guy. I called Telebrands customer service and was informed that they never give out personal information. However, I have my doubts, particularly as I have never had problems with such phone calls on that particular phone number before. Incidentally, I have yet to receive my "amazing pasta boat."

Just a while ago I ordered the "open 7" kitchen gadget. I intended to order only one, but they would double the order with an additional handling charge which I agreed to, plus the bonus wire-cooking basket. When my order came up on the scree, the total was almost $100.00. Should have been $19.99 for the one ordered plus an additional FREE gadget, plus two $6.99 handling charges. I did not print their order form because I wanted to correct the order, but there was no way to do it. I couldn't click on anything to get back to it. On top of everything it is a Saturday afternoon and the phone number I have for them is only good Mon.-Fri. 9am to 5 pm. I should have been the "submissive" wife and done what my husband advised after a similar problem, "don't order ANYTHING from telebrand through
the telephone or websites when you are not able to order from a live person at the other end who can answer questions you may have about your order !

I purchased a Jupiter Jack from Telebrands, com. I have had nothing but trouble and lies from them. They said the payment would be split in two - yes, but they charged $48 on the first time and $10 the second time - not the way it should be done. They tell you an item has been shipped when it hasn't. They guarantee you will receive an item by a specific date, you don't. They bill you for items that are never sent and they lie over and over again. DO NOT buy from this company!

I received a card today stating that my "order" was backordered and if I still wanted the items to do nothing and if I wanted to cancel to sign and return the card.
I never ordered these items and I am now worried I will somehow be charged for it!

I called in my order for Lint Lizard special seen on tv about 4 weeks ago. Provided my credit card number for the 2fer deal. I have no notice that I ordered, no sign that they processed my order, no customer service. Who has my credit card #?
