testerup review: Not playing reward and not tracking progress

Hello. I'm very upset with this company. |First thing, my progress wan't tracking, it was ok when you complete levels in the game but when you complete payment for cashback they not give you cash back. It's happened in 2 games. One game I had missing 1 cashback but in another I Had missing 3 cash back. But it's not the worse. I completed progress till minimum cash out 70 pounds without even cashback and when I done verification it's showed me, verification ok and after few seconds your account is suspended. Sure, I messaged to customer support but it's waste of time. They asked my to send them video about cash back, I did and also sent them screen shoots with my google payments and they send me email exactly the same, please make sure you have id, video...I sent again and then got the same email again. But when my account have been suspended I send them email and they just responded that my verification failed. Nothing more. They even not explaining anything. If I'm wrong why they allow me to spend money and play games and only suspended me when I tried to cash out. I'm so angry now as I used much more money for those games and google will never refund me. I'm not interesting to play these games for nothing, I'm not enjoy them. I did it only to cash out. And now I just loosed money and a lot of time as they did horrible rules. They just send me automatic emails, and I'm sure that they do everything for purpose. I hate them now as I been waiting for this money and I needed them very much!
