I Eswar Stridarane, a passenger of Thai Airways, traveled from Bangkok to Chennai on 09 March Flight no TG337 Seat no 33E. FYI my experience During this time till date is nothing short of a misery.

Firstly, I lost my 1plus ear pods on the flight worth rupees 6000 during exit. Although I could see it fall I was not allowed to pick it up by the cabin crew at the time. After exiting I was asked to make a complaint and that my airpods would be returned later. but to date, I have no notification regarding the same.

Secondly, My large sky bag worth rupees 11000 was damaged beyond repair during the baggage claim and I made a complaint to the help desk immediately. but to date, I have no notification regarding the same. following which I registered a complain at the official website- Passenger Property Claim Form (thaiairways.com).

It has been 44 days since the complaint was made and I still have no responses from the airlines. If no further response is received. I will be forced to file a case against the airline for negligence and property destruction.
