The Wedding Experience is an absolute RIP OFF! They will charge you more than double than what the local vendors charge (for flowers, chairs, transportation, food and liquor, etc). If you are going to get married while at port contact local vendors and work with them. The Wedding Experience will lie to you and tell you that you have to pay for this or that when you really do not. They actually contacted me the week of the wedding and told me that I had to pay an additional $10 per person or otherwise my guest would be denied entrance to the ceremony. Meanwhile I was working directly with the restaurant and knew they were just trying to make more money. What kind of company tells that to a bride the week of her wedding? I know the prices that the restaurant charges and knew the prices the Wedding Experience was charging they are a rip off. I don't have one positive thing to say about them and will complain to anyone that will listen. Carnival should really find a new company to work with.

The two women who were assigned to my wedding from the Wedding Experience were HORRIBLE. Completely joyless people. they really should be in the funeral business, not the wedding business. They yelled at my guests and were rude to me and my husband for no reason. One's name was Danielle, and the other, older lady was supposed to be the officiant, but we had a close friend marry us instead. Thank goodness we did! That lady would've been BAD LUCK to start off our marriage. I think she was irritated that she wasn't really needed and didn't get to be "important" that day. These ladies shouldn't be able to ruin anyone else's wedding. HOWEVER, on our previous ship visit, we did meet a lady named Carolyn who was VERY nice and helpful from the Wedding Experience. So, ask for her if you want someone nice!
