4 tickets $6,672.25 Paid on Jan 25 2022 received confirmation email seller said my tickets would be transferred onMay 20th 2022
On Thursday May 19th I was notified that my tickets were no longer available and I had to accept a substitute or not go to the concert we were placed on Floor 6 row 8 this was not equivalent to the tickets I had purchased the view was not the same there were so many rows of people IN front of us.
Desired outcome: I would like a partial refund
