I bought 2 tickets @ $42.50 each to attend a Salt Lake City Bees game on July 5th. Today I learned I'd been charged $133.50 by TicketsCenter. I never received a a breakdown of their charges before I purchased the tickets nor did receive a receipt confirming my purchase and final price. I know this because I NEVER would have purchased the tickets with over $50 of service fees.
Desired outcome: Refund the service fees of $50.50.

We went on the popular search engine for the box office of tuacahn amphitheatre and were rerouted to tickets-center.com. We did the same process over again and were re-routed a second time to the same site so we simply thought tuacahn was using a different ticketing process than before. When we went to purchase tickets they were $122.50 for a $25 ticket.
This outfit is a scam and practicing fraudulent activity by overcharging by 80% over the normal cost for a ticket. This we know because our daughter purchased tickets for the same event through the correct source and she only paid $25 per ticket.
If you see this website anywhere as a result of your searches... Delete it immediately!
Rip off
Don't buy from this company. It is complete rip off. I thought it is legitimate source, but it was scam.
