Bad behavior at entrance of ticket scanning
I had visited temple yesterday. Very bad rude unprofessional behavior by entry ticket staff senior most people said get lost from the gate in front of all people insulted me. I had proper ticket. Printout was not able to scan. They all all my data n details in computer system still they said to bring fresh new printout from outside temple complex. Pure harrasment to pilgrimage coming from far off places. This is not the way to behave at a temple
vaikunta ekadasi darshan ticket scam
on 30th December 202, I Saw a facbook post from the gut named "Golla palli srivasa deek[censored]ulu" (99123 72268) in several groups of FB offering ttd VVIP darshan tickets on "Vaikuntha ekadashi". I cotacted him thorugh messenger and he asked my mobile number, then he asked me for aaadhar card front and back copy and also asked the fees of Rs.1950 per person and Gave a gpay number +91 99123 18873 and said me to transfer, I transferred Rs.4000/- and send him the screen shot. he never called me... but everything was through whats app.
I waited for few days and asked him the tickets... his number is switched off but he is active in whatsapp... he is seeing my messages but not answering my call, my messages, nor providing my tickets.
but once on friday he replied me that I will get the tickets and he is in duty. but after that he did not answer, I doubt that I am victim of scam. I request you find the person and to take stricter action
Desired outcome: I need my money back or darshan tickets
Seva tickets scam
Few days ago, I received a call from a person called lalith offering ttd seva tickets without waiting for the lottery process or the token system. He is an employee of the temple and used to help with these things from a long time.
He use to call me every month saying "I have tickets available, please send money. I will send you tickets". He behaves so polite and dramatic for few days until we pay money and believe him.
Trusting him, I paid 12000/- for 2 seva tickets and send the required documents. To manage for some days, he was saying.. The allocation process is going, please wait for 2 days and then he said, waiting for signatures.
Along with him, his superintendent also involved in the scam and looting people for money in the name of tickets help.
9640140101 / 8374489623. These are the contact numbers that he is using to cheat people for money.
Desired outcome: His suspension and punishment

Ticket booking
Today I am booking one special entry ticket but not booked in TTD WEBSITE payment option is try again sometime, I try so many time your website not working,
Issue with TTD online booking
I was trying to book the special dharshan Today(24-12-2021 9.00AM sharp), it went to login page after virtual queue at 9.10AM, after filling all the details and clicked pay now, it said try again. I was keep on trying it for 10 mins and suddenly pop up cropped up saying your session has expired. Again repeated all the login process including stood in virtual queue and filled all the details most of the tickets were sold out. So I was just trying to book ticket on available dates, it showing available but can't book any ticket. spent almost 1.30 hours(literally waste of time). YOU SHOULD HOLD THE TICKET UNTIL THE PAYMENT AND DON'T SHOW ITS AVAILABLE. Had a very bad experience. hope this would be resolved in upcoming days
Desired outcome: Should have minimum time of holding the booked ticket and payment should not be failed. even if its failed or login session expired user has to be logged(use session variable wisely) in immediately without waiting in virtual queue.
Requesting a refund of my payment
Dear Sir/ Madam,
This letter serves as a formal request for a full refund on the amount that I paid through online for accommodation at TTD.
I registered at TTD website on 20.08.2021 and paid a total amount of [4400/-]. I followed several times for this refund with the helpline number (+91 877 226 3111) but I am not getting proper response till now, I was worried to say this my money was not refunded to my account for 4months.
I read your terms and conditions and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a full refund.
I need my money back to my account. Also I still have a hope on this complaint, please take a necessary steps to refund the amount at earliest.
I attached the receipt as a proof, I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for receiving a refund.
Accomodation ashtavinayak jain bhavan rest house bad experience
I have booked online accommodation for 12th December in Tirumala with booking no.IAJ28112100075657. The allotment message was delivered to me before I could reach Tirumala and Ashtavinayak Jain Bhavan got assigned with room no.33. The room was extremely bad. Tried every option to get the room changed but no one was ready to hear me out. I also met the supervisors in Ram Bagicha. They said it's online booking and random can't do much about it. I had a very bad experience and half my day went on to find people who can help. I am not sure why this rest house is being charged as even if given free of cost people will prefer to stay on the road. At last i could get a room for Rs.1000 in Vakula Mata which is very well maintained. We booked paying Rs.1700 expecting best or reasonable rooms but had my worst nightmare. The worst thing is no one was ready to hear me out and help me out such as an auspicious place where gods abode.
I have seen google reviews for Ashtavinayak Jain Bhavan and most reviews were very bad. I am really not sure why pilgrims have to go through this kind of suffering as they come to gods abode with families especially kids and elderly for some solace.
I really hope nobody goes through my situation and feels bad about the whole pilgrimage experience.
Staff in suphadam entrance denied nri entry and misbehaved
I am NRI from Malaysia with OCI CARD. I was adviced and TTD Board mention to go to suphadam entrance for darshan with a payment of RS 300 for NRI. I have been twice before with the NRI ticket. On 13th December 2021 around 12.30p.m i went to Suphadam Entrance to get pass for darshan. The TTD staff denied and shouted to leave the place. At same time there was a family with 5 people allow in and the got no tickets but only a passport to proff that they are NRI's. Why there is a partiality? The issue is not about entry denied. If a foreigner have a visit to Tirumala Temple how they can go in. I was instructed to go J.E.O Office and they did the same. I have asked if there is a free lane or queue to take darshan without any special entry, the staff told without the tickets we cannot go in and somehow have to buy the ticket. Is it right to take money for darshan. How about people without money. Only our Hindu temples are taking money for darshan. The temples are in Government control according to Hindu Endorment Act. If they can't manage it well then why temple should be in government control. Free Hindu Temple from Government and ask devotee to manage it. We spend money for darshan and donations are being put in Hundi, what government doing with it. Whereas other religious such as Church, money are given to build school for people. Why the government are not doing this with the money. I am requesting TTD Board Chairman to take necessary measure. I have came from Malaysia to visit Tirupati and i have treated badly. I will file a complaint in Malaysia Embassy, Malaysia Tourist Department and Media to be aware of this kind of treats are being held in tirupati.
Desired outcome: Educate the staff to behave properly and management should do changes to ease the entry for NRI's. And make free entry for devotee
Online ticket scam
Dear Sir/Madam,
A Scamster in the fake name of Vishnu bhotla Prabhakar Sharma has cheated us for getting us ticket for darshnam of lord venkateshwara on 31st dec, he was member ttd online members group on facebook, we have transferred amount of 7000 rupees to his google pay number [protected], & his whatsapp number is [protected], and we came to know he has already cheated so many innocent bhakts coz of their innocence of having darshanam of lord, please take strict action against these kind fraudstars and save innocent peoples money, im attaching the proof of my gpay receipt
Accommodation
Visited tirumala on 14-Nov -2021, we had booked Online Kalyanothsava ticket and were not allowed to book rooms online in tirumala, when enquired with TTD customer care, we were told to visit directly to tirumala to get the rooms and we will not be allowed to book rooms online. When we visited tirumala and enquired about rooms in the counter the person sitting inside the counter is asking for Letter (Not sure from where we need to get the letters) and he was very aggressive also those persons are tied up with brokers and those brokers are demanding 1000 rupees as bribe for each room, as it was a rainy day struggled a lot to get the room in tirumala having two years old kid . Very bad experience visiting tirumala, we request TTD management to look about this.
Online booking
Online Booking is only available for Agents, they are openly challenging, that go and try you will not get any ticket for Special darshan.
They are selling it for high prices, black marketing it.
TTD should bring this to notice and stop online booking and start offline booking, which once booked cannot be cancelled and no refund should be given until it is confirmed that the same person did not took the darshan.
Black market in tirumala
A guy called vinod is selling rooms and dharshan tickets in black market in Tirumala for huge rates and cheating devotees. Please catch him and you will find links at high level as well in police too. Catch them and stop this robbery and unethical practices in Tirumala. His number is +[protected].
He is having support at very high levels and he is still continuing the unethical practices in tirumala. Please cacth him and many many people like him in tirumala to safeguard the value of holy place.

covid spreading, huge crowd at LADDU COUNTERS than for darshan
now covid is spreading more and more. Instead of reducing crowd it is being increased at the laddu counters because of outdated practices in tirumala and padmavathi temple. Laddu counters tens of thousand of people are standing neck to neck at tirumala making it hotspot for spread of virus. Earlier laddu counters only laddus where given against darshan tickets but now for cash also. so every person is taking 10 minutes at the counter first they ask what is the rate for one extra laddu, then they ask for three laddu how much, then give 2000 rupees for three extra laddu counter person verifies note then gives back the change to pilgrim and gives laddu also. then pilgrim verifies the change given laddus given then asks for laddu bag that takes further time. so every person takes 10 minutes so huge crowd is piling at laddu counters. Instead give quota of one free laddu to pilgrims as they leave tirumala temple itself so they do not have to go to laddu counter again. those want extra laddus only have to go to laddu counters. further extra laddu payment must be online this money transaction is against digital payment policy of the govt.. if online payment is made and receipt is taken on mobile itself they cango to laddu counter and otp can be sent to mobile and on verification of otp laddus can be given at the counter
Desired outcome: laddu free quota one per person give inside temple itself to avoid crowd at ladddu counters

The employees of TTD are sevakas, the employees are not educated, they are not taught humbleness, they don't have devotion towards Kaliyuga daivam Sri Venkateshwara. The motto is to make more money. We need to dissolve TTD and handover the temple administration to Hathiram Matt.
