arjitha seva facility via internet (as like earlier)
Respected Sir,
Arjitha sevas are totally removed from internet for the common devotees with no reason to get the visibility of the entire system is completely eliminated by you and disproportionate to the common pilgrim.
Can anyone confidently tell to the Lod Swami that the existing lucky deep system is not fraudulent?
At least put some of the Arjitha seva tickets for common devotees as per earlier, by strengthen internet protocols henceforth.
Spread message that, the ruling council that even ordinary devotees can be viewed equally.
Please think. Make adequate justice to common devotees.

soiled / cut notes counting conditions
Sir, a very unhygienic conditions prevailing while counting soiled / cut Notes. All these notes contain Bacterial and fungus and with bare hands they are made to count. And for washing hands only a detergent piece us provided. Thus unhealthy and unhygienic condition detriment to counting person exists. Only a mask is provided which is not sufficient. Though we come here for volunteering seeva, doesn't mean that we should be made to work under unhygienic conditions. At least for soiled / cut notes provide Hand gloves and dettol soap for hand washing.
Waiting for favourable action.

Rude behaviour
As i was booking room for accomodation, while booking i was the only person present over there and my family was to come in an hour.
After standing for more than an hour i cleared the queue and given the form to fill the details for accomodation. But when i was going to submit my form then the gate person stopped and behaved so rudely like it was so embarising. He said that for availing room every member has to present and showed me a poster which stated as "No room for single person".
So what does this sentence mean? As per my understanding it says that no rooms are given for single person.
I am so hurted that can't explain it was so insulting they tore my form and shouted on me.
If the sentence mean different then it should be more clear like "while booking rooms every member should be present there".
Is this india? Is this why we piligrims visit TIRUPATI?
I want that the people who are guiding piligirms should behave. They are normal human and we are as well.
I want my complain to be resolved asap.
complaining for i'll treating me and my family
The person Mr.Madhu, today dated 01 aug 2018 around 2pm at supatham entrance has not given respect and he was about to beat me and using bad words.. We pilgrims came for dharshan but the employees are doing like this..This is literally arrogance activity by that person.. This happened because when I questioned him why you allowed 10 known persons and not us though I had a kid with Me.
I am Raghvendra from Chennai. I had Sri vari durshan on 3rd February 2019 Morning.
I am wtring this mail to share my bad experience with ear boring at Purohita Sangam. People at ear boring in Purohita Sangam are really irritating every one by demanding money. After I took ticket gone through the ear boring for my baby. As a formality I given piece white cloth while returning, the persion who done the ear boring demanded RS 216.00. I replayed then what is the purpose buy ticket. Finally I given Rs 50.00 the person not satisfied with that money still blabbering for more money.
When I step out from that room another a Tamil family who observing and the incident, asked me with queeriosity. How much amount they demanded, few of their family members talking to postpone ear boring event and planning to their home town (Miladuduri) and ready to leave the place without ear boring to their baby.
I went to the ticket counter and explained the incident. They also told this is the common to them facing such incidents every day. They are not able to control them by demanding money. I asked why there is no CCTV camera in that room to control such incidents. He ask my help to raise this issue to complaint dusk for better survival and avoid such incidents in future. Please control them not to bother anyone for the money.
My sincere thanks to all the honest TTD employee who is making Tirumala better pilgrim place.

electronic lucky dip
I am registering for the Electronic Lucky Dip for Sevas from the time it was launched every month. Till date I haven't been able to get any ticket for the sevas. But my neighbour who registered has been able to get twice in the past six months. The point of this complaint is that there is some malpractice going on in this Electronic Lucky Dip. The results will be declared after the luck dip at 12:00 noon on the day of the dip. But he showed me the result of the dip at 11:00 am itself (see attached picture), while he showed me his logged-in TTDSEVAONLINE page still showing "countdown to luck dip" clock working.
So, this system is NOT transparent and is pliable to malpractice from the 'insiders'. Please make it transparent or move back to the old booking type on the day of opening. This is the type we are following for all types of bookings, be it the railways or even cinema booking - where we can blame ourselves for not getting tickets.
OM NAMO VENKATESAYA -
This way beyond haywire with extreme communalism . So sad even at his Adobe feet with all devotion true devotes have to stay empty handed. Why can we take a pil public intrest of litigation against this ... Why is regional bias a question for the Lord is omnipotent .

As many of you, am too a devotee of Tirumala Tirupathi who is desperate to be part of sevas of TTD.
I’m usually the point of contact for my family and friends who is less exposed to online booking of seva. That way I’m used to know about online ticketing system of TTD well.
To my surprise the first thing is all the sevas are made in to lucky dip system. So if you are lucky enough and your planets are aligned, you will get the seva booking else till the end of your life you will ended up participating in the lucky dip.
Then to all my surprise how come 75% of the draw always goes to AP state and remaining 25% are opened to rest of the world.
I quickly pulled down the seats and herewith the table for your reference.

I personally sent a mail to TTD whereas no one bother to reply. With much frustration am posting here to know, am I the one who is facing this issue or does the world knows what’s happening in terms of online booking system. ?
Where should I take this concern now? Who is the right person to resolve?,
I could hear few voice saying that “ why you have to spend time and energy to try booking something like this and have to see Balaji only at Tirumala?“
The whole point is, ” Are we bending the belief of people who is desperate in following this online seva ticket system?” Is this some gambling!?”
Looking out for answers and help…..
NAMO VENKATESHAYA
I too agree with above points, even i am trying since this system is launched..but could not make even one. earlier system also helps to book tickets for family (multiple ID's) but this system do not confirm tickets for for all. family may not be only for 2, and for TPT devotees come in group and this system provides seva tickets only for 2 if 10 devotees are visiting temple.
ttd employee
I know a person called S. Gopalakrishnan working in TTD, Tirumala as paricharaka. (Flower department)
He has accumulated, unaccounted wealth from various sources in the way of commission by giving contract, to various flower agents in the name of donors .
Also he is influencing the donors to give ornaments to God and these are made at kumbakonam . The person making the ornaments has secret connection with him.
He has accumulated wealth as follows
1. Sripadavenkatawara apartment, 3rd floor, kadhi colony Tirupathi - Registered on his name
2. Second flat in the same apartment- registered on his sons name- Kalyanavenkatesh
3.One individual home at Ayyampettai -No.41 new town, near library Ayyampettai, Thanjavur- Wife Kothai name
4. Around 4 acres of land near thiruvaiyuru- wife's name Kothai
5. Many gold ornaments and cash in hand at Tirupathi
6. One Toyata etios Liva car
His mobile number : 09440423239
How a person earning around 50000/ month at TTD, tirumala can earn so much wealth is the question.
Most of the TTD employees are using the same way to earn wealth through illegal means of awarding contracts.
Please have an enquiry find more truth of TTD employees.

Hi Sir,
It was happy when I have heard there is price drop in the hotel prices. During my visit yesterday I.e on 26/12/2017. I have seen many of the hotel prices are same like earlier. What kind of measures are you taking to control this unfair prices.
Already Supreme Court of India has raised a question for this unfair price and immediate after you have released a note saying that the price in the menu will be reduced.
Please take it is serious and the necessary action has to be taken immediately or else I have to put a petition in the court of honor.
ttd — regarding the quick darshan of rs 300
I and my family visited tirupati on NOV 4th 2017 for special darshana.we have booked 300rs ticket.we got a slot at 4p.m.so we have entered to special darshana line where I could see not even minimum facilities.Through out darshana time we are on stand position.I don't know why we paid 300rs for special darshana it is like free line darshana only.I could see so many elderly people their suffering with suffocation and nausea. And even worst for kids.No washroom availability any where near by and no one there to address if any unexpected happen. If any fire accident happen then no emergency outlet or fire extinguishers. If any one feels heart stroke whom we need to contact there. No sitting arranarrangements.Compartments are their but not opened.I can TTD service people are full of money minded. They are not bothering about common people.I think they only bother VIP.Every where bribery. luggage counter and room booking are much filled with bribery.I don't think so this post will be useful. And one more thing if anyone missed outside temple. There is no proper annoucement channels in tirupati..announcement should be audible.Rooms are more horrible all filled with cocroches and small insects
For room booking also they are charging more.

harrasment in tirupati
Really this cannot be called as temple any more, Staff are god because for there worst behavior, I had been with my Mom and Mentally challenged my brother, with my husband and 2 kids one is 3yrs girl baby and 7yrs son. I took my mom for Senior citizen queue and my husband was taking care of my brother ( Mentally challenged). The so called rude staff, was pushing senior citizen after checking documents, When my turn came he saw my mother senior citizen ship card and she is 67yrs has both knee problem not able to walk properly. He pushed my out with my 3yrs old baby, Its was heavily raining outside me and my daughter where standing and both where draining fully .. when my husband was allowed he saw us and he requested that person to send me to darshan and he will go out, that waste fellow who is least bother about any body, he did not allow, finally my mom was not able to stand he tried to push her out from gate towards me. But she begged him immediately he pushed my husband out in rain and allowed me. Never god has told to do all this but so called TTD staff employee are doing this including ladies. I felt very bad for my husband he was standing in the rain and watching for us whether we go safe. I being lady i have take care of 2kids, mom, handicap brother more over had met with an accident 4 months back and had leg surgery done . With all this difficulty i took them for biometric after the it was raining heavily they pushed us in one shelter place. One devil type of staff came with TT and he was telling to get in to TT for people for darshan shed (a jail) he was so rude my god you can never ever expect, he was pushing people like one waste luggage. when i questioned him he rudely replied me Who r u to question me? get down from the Van? If you want to complaint you can go and complaint ? I can handle it. This all happened from 9.30 to 11.30am. Just think over how safe there are if something happened any person there are responsible
After that they throwed us in one shed till 3.00pm. After that really i saw god live how people pushing along with that staff also will push think of my situation 2kids, aged mom, handicap brother whom should i take care of? My husband did not find 300/- darshan . He went to normal darshan and he was back around 12.00pm till that i have to take care of all this. Why we have do all this? Only for seeing god ..and they way of language they use It is nightmare, Hey rara, pora very low level language .
Who ever is answerable please teach your staff to behave properly with people. Nobody is begging them they are beggars who have come to do job and gettting paid from our money, But they act as if they have owned us. I want answer for this the pain which i have taken who will take? Do not think i will leave this here it self i will escalate to Media, Public until i get justice. Government should take some action toward this illegal treatment . It is human harassment. I had mobile 100% i would have taken video so what they have planned this and banned mobile.
reaching of food items to sell in compartments by private sellers
It is very happy for strict checking of goods, bags, etc. of all cadre people at Alipiri check point. Scanning of Bags etc. is being done at various points at dharsan etc. At some places at Q lines the photos, finger impressions etc. are thoroughly checking for safety on both sides.
The TTD is providing milk, water, food etc. items from time to time to the plagiarisms who are in Q lines, waiting in compartments through authorized Sava Dal Members. It is also best service to Pilgrims.
Every person entered in Vikuntham Q complex with valid documents i. e. tickets, pre-checked, But in compartments private people are selling food items,, Drinking water bottles, Cool drinks etc.
when the TTD is very strict in checking each and every one of the pilgrims and allowing to dharsan, how the private people (who are not the pilgrims) are coming into the Compartments (where people are waiting for dharsan) with food items and selling high rates.
Further due to eating / drinking of the food items by purchasing from outside private people, pilgrims are wasting the Anna Prasadams etc.
I am of the opinion that High Level security Officers to make surprise checks of Compartments, to eradicate such entering, catch hold of such private persons selling food items and take action. Further investigate who are allowing them up to the point without any valid papers and take action against the TTD employees.
This will also important to save the health of the plagiarisms as well as to control the wastage of Anna Prasadams etc.
A line of reply is solicited

bribe
Hi
We visited Tirupathi with family on 3rd week of July from NY USA.
While we were there for dharshan, we observed that bribery and man handling is at peak.. For Brahmorsavam, we had tickets and the guys who bring idol to the seva at the mandabam was handing out sandal and asking rather begging money.. even the nathaswara musician was asking money.. while it's common in India to see people looking for free money, it was strange to see the apathy..
After the wait finally we got to the sanctum of the temple to worship Lord Balaji and the guys who control the crowd by pushing them out was seen getting money and holding some people for week g God for more time. I as an indvidual is against bribe and did not pay him. While my son who is 10 was moving on, we were pushed with furry by the begger who was standing inside in the name of devastatam employee controlling crowd. This is highly unexpected for a rich trust where the employees use bribe and begging as way of life.. so shameful to see Indian begging for money.. Please take action . Worst of all when u come out the guy who keeps cell phones want money.. in all I saw nothing but professional beggars.. no wonder India is under developed..they are excelling in begging and bribery.. Please ensure to keep the image of India better in hands of foreigners..
In lockers there are not providing rooms without bribary pls take severe action
