Toledo Edison review: Power always going out

I have lived in my home 5.5 years. The power goes out constantly. Only once or twice due to weather or an accident taking down a pole. All the other times, on average 3-4 times a year, due to transformers blowing. 95% of the time, the homes on the other side of the street aren’t affected. Obviously there is a serious issue within this area. They need to update/replace whatever equipment is failing. My power went this this morning (8/22) at 7:00am and didn’t come on until 12:10. That’s usually the case. 4 or more hours each time. I’m always the first to call and report outage, I have the #saved (I call so frequently). In my entire life, I’ve never been without power as I have since living at this address. Obviously something is wrong, and they don’t appear to be taking care of the problem.
