Tommy Hilfiger review: product and service complaint

I bought a clothing item in your store for my new partner, the man behind the counter gift wrapped the clothing item leaving the metal alarm tag detector still attached to the clothing. This is a horrific and negligent, unsatisfactory situation, I was left humiliated when my partner saw the metal tag (umremovable without proper machinery) attached to his gift item.
I will never purchase an item from your label after this horrifically embarrasing situatuion
