Good day Sir,

Im prashant singh, i need to know regarding my product. Order No: BN17H01P5333-XBDX5V. i already ordered this product on 01-08-2017. Still showing payment processing and as per bank detail US$ 184
already paid for you. I dont get any conformation for these product. i would like to know status of my product and my money already received or not?

TomTop Group not received the product

My first purchased from tomtop.com . and i had not received the product, please refund my amount against Order number: AN17F20H4043-6867JW

I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT --- REFUND THE MONEY

i had wait for one month and above . How much i wait for this product .

i had check local post office . no information there - "Local Post office - They are saying product is delivery at different address -- Saying Sorry to me"

This is not my fault this is post office fault, Why should i pay for this.

TOMTOP IS NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT

THEY ARE SAYING IT IS DELVER

TomTop Group video converter - order number : bn17e23x0058-f9m6tz

I bought video converter from TomTop and it has not been working from the day 1. I contacted support team several times and they gave me multiple suggestions and nothing worked out in this case. Finally, customer executive agrred to refund my money almost 3 weeks ago. There is no communication after that from TomTop. It's been three months that i purchased this product and the issue is not resolved yet. Very Sad!

TomTop Group alarm clock spy camera

I bought this item and the clock display came slightly knocked off so I can't see the proper time fully, then to reset it because the connection wasn't working I push the reset button and it falls into device. Tried to contact tomtop and there was no answer ! Needed this for when I go on holiday; they are very hard to contact and I need this issue resolved asap

TomTop Group drone

Hi could you please let me know if it's possible to change the delivery address and dates. In comments for my order I asked for it to be delivered to uk after 21 August as I'm on holiday. But I've changed the delivery address so I can collect it at my holiday address in poland. Could I please have some assistance and confirmation that item will be sent without delays to my polish address?

TomTop Group wrong item sent and no response from customer service

I had ordered a Korg Volca Sample (Order No.AN17F19J0048-QQ2YIT
Order Date: [protected]) yet I received a Korg Volca Beats, the incorrect product.
Since then I have attempted to contact them via Email to find out how to receive a full refund or else replace it with the correct item, but they are yet to respond to my several Emails. Very disappointing as I waited over a month for delivery and paid over a hundred pounds. I would like to know how to go about returning or replacing the item.

TomTop Group product is shipped in spite of my repeated requests to cancel before shipping.

I placed an order No.AN17G23I1630-7RJS14; Order Date:[protected]. But I found another better item, so I placed another order No. AN17G23J4805-NH20BD and wrote mail to CANCEL the first one. I received a mail saying it is Sunday and they would address the issue on Monday. I totally wrote 3 mails. Inspite of this, they have shipped the order and now they say it is difficult to cancel. How can they be so inconsiderate?

TomTop Group delivery and refund

On the 10th of july I placed an order for a smartphone, they said it will be shipped on the 12th bet then delayed. Afterwards I waited till the 18th of july but still no parcel was detatched. Then I cancelled the order on the 18th of july. They said it will take 1-3 days to take the refund to take place. A week has passed and still no refund. I contacted them and they said it was refunded on the 20th of july. I checked my account everyday and was pretty sure no transactions was made into my account. I called the bank and they said no transactions was being awaited too. So now im waiting for them to dispute a claim from them and this might take a month. If tomtop had done their job it wouldn't even take 5 days. Worst service out there.

TomTop Group paid for priority shipping

On July 13th 2017 I ordered a security tag remover to remove a tag off of a dress I bought in a different state. Needed the dress for a important event in the next week so I ordered priority shipping which says 3-6 days. It has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received it. When I email support they just send me the tracking number again which not to mention, has not been updated for 6 damn days! Where the hell is my package!

I got a cake made their like 3 days before my child birthday on July 22...I clearly gave her what I wanted on the cake it was wrote down on a paper..so we get a call the same day of the party and we were asked questions like we never ordered a cake...so once we got the cake it was soooooo big and thick now I'm use to my sams cake being soooo good but this was bad the taste was off cream was tooo thick..they had messed up on the cake because they called us and asked what was on the cake they put another layer on the cake with the right colors we 39.98 for a full sheet cake totally disappointed...that never happens evvvvvveeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrr...WHAT CAN BE DONE...

TomTop Group haven't received the product or any tracking number or any reply from the customer care!

I had ordered online on 11th july, only received a mail, saying my order is successfully dispatched. But since then, I did not get any other mail or msg!
I have still not received the product.
It has been more than 12days now, really disappointed with the dilevery .

Please look into the matter, atleast give me a tracking number on the product.
Pls find the screenshot, for product details.

TomTop Group no instructions

Hi on the 13/07/2017 I purchased a car camera from you which arrived very quickly, but unfortunately there are no fitting instruction for the rear camera only there is only a leaflet for the button functions. Can these instructions which I purposely needed to havefor the rear view camera be sent to me by post or email, my email is [protected]@gmail.com and you already have my address.Your Sincerely Keith

TomTop Group broken product received

I have ordered a LED Digital Photo Picture Frame from Tomtop. It took 50 days for the shipment to reach. But the saddest part is that the product's display is broken on arrival. The packaging was not sufficient for a fragile item. Now the support team is not responding to my mails. I need a replacement / return the item. Please do the needful.
The site doesn't have a proper return option available.

TomTop Group customs clearance of banned items in india

Hello sir
Good afternoon..!
My order no an17g15g0736-622uuy & ca17g13n3052-gqvqyh which are belongs to visuo xs809hw drone and yesterday I observed that these items are banned to import into india and then I immediately communicated to tomtop customer service to cancel both the orders and they replied as cancelled but I dont want any refund to my account instead of that, pl keep this equal value in my tomtop account and I want to purchase other items with utilizing this amount.
Pl let me know when the amount will be credited to my tomtop account in order to search other suitable items for me.

TomTop Group 7018b car stereo

Better hope you don’t have to return something!
Ordered a tomtop 7018b car stereo that does not work. The screen won’t turn on and the buttons flash different colors constantly. The fuse was bad so I replaced it and then the screen just flashed white.
So, after an hour of searching I finally found out how you return an item. You have to email there support staff ([protected]@tomtop.com) and hope they respond, which turns out is basically a screw job….. Surprise surprise. They have online chat, but no one is ever there to respond….. Surprise surprise.
I first emailed support around 2 weeks ago with no response. I then had to email them about 15 more times before I got a response. Finally, someone named sarah (Probably more like chang lee) emailed me back stating I have to send them a video of it not working. So I did, and they didn’t like that video so I sent another, and then they said, ok you can return it but you have to pay the return shipping….?
I emailed them back stating I am not paying anything because they sent me pile of feces that does not work in the first place.
So, they said ok you must have a professional install it first….? What? So first they said ok return it pay the shipping……. Now they say have a “professional” install it first. What a joke.
How do they expect to keep any customers by screwing them on returns?

Watch out for fake reviews of this company…I am sure they write their own reviews to try and save some face and not look so bad.
