I placed an order online on 11/21/2015 #[protected]. I received the order however returned 2 of the three items purchased on 11/27/2015 using the enclosed label in the box, and following the instructions for returns. I received confirmation that the items were received at your dock area on 12/4/2015 signed by a Danny Jeffers. I emailed TB on 12/11/2015 to follow up on the status of my refund. I received an email response from a Rita on 12/14/2015 indicating there was no return noted in your files (incident #[protected]) and that I should wait 14 business days from receipt of return for the processing of the refund to occur. I called on 12/21/2015 after waiting the 14 business days…..and was told that I should wait till the end of the week for the refund to be completed by the dock area since it was the holidays, taking a bit longer. I waited until Monday, December 28, 2015 and still no refund! I send another email to follow up and never received a response to my inquiry. I called today 1/2/2016 and was told that "sorry for the delay" the refund will be processed today as a "courtesy" due to the delay in processing. However, it will be up to 7 days to process the refund since it was on my Paypal account. NEEDLESS to say I am beyond ANGRY! I can not understand why this has taken so LONG, and to get the run around that I've gotten in returning items, is simply unacceptable. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager when I called today and was told NO ONE is available…WHAT? YOu have a very upset customer and NO ONE is available to speak to me about this….the young lady told me send an email. WOW! Great customer service TB! I SHOULD NOT be the one having to follow up on the whereabouts of my refund. I expect this email to be escalated to the corporate office and expect a response from someone at the corporate level, since when I requested to be connected with such I was only given this email address. I had higher expectations for a retailer such as Tory Burch but sadly have been extremely disappointed in the handling of this transaction. Not sure I'll be a repeat customer after this experience!
