TradeStation Group, Inc separated me from my money a month ago, and keep it this way. Here are some gory details.
I opened a new account with TradeStation and transferred my funds there at the end of July 2023. While opening the account I did online id verification. Everything looked ok. I received email that I could start trading. But when I was trying to put a trade, my account turned out to be "restricted". I could not use or withdraw my funds. Big Red Flag!
Multiple times I contacted the customer support by phone by email and by chat. Email is most useless way - they just ignore it. I had a phone call with customer support which redirected me to the "security verification team" and they instructed me to do the "verification" again. I did. But nothing happened.
And then the story repeated...
It is end of August 2023 now, and I am still separated from my funds. They had my money for a month (so far) for free!
I am still working with them and escalating the issue. All this doesn't look good.
