On Sept 12th, I purchased a training program and accidently purchased the printed book from TrainPetDog.com. The charges were $67.00 and 71.95. After I realized the mistake that I made and saw the online course and that it was nothing that couldn’t be found online, I requested cancellation and a refund of both items. The company never actually issued me a receipt so I issued a support ticket. I’m not trying to defraud anyone. I just want value for what I pay for. I followed their refund policy to the letter based on what was displayed on their site. The company said they would issue a refund and then later said they couldn’t issue because it was in charge back status.
