Ordered product for $39.99 01.30.12. Money was taken from bank account 01.31.12. Shipment was promised in 48 hours. Called customer service number provided on website and emailed provided email after 1 week, everyday, with no return call or email to date. Called bank to dispute payment. Researched company on internet and found no complaints. Very upset about money being stolen from me. This place should be shut down. Also, reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Thanks.
