I from provider office, designation assistant manager,
My team call to UHC claims department to check the status of claim and appeals however form customer service department most of time they refused to provide status of claim and appeal, stating application is not working, this is happening last 5-6 months continues, out of 10 call we get 7 call with same answer, application is not working, system is not working, system is slow unable to help and we asked to call back, due to that provider is facing lots of issue
