I can only give one advice for anyone thinking about to get any product straight from this company; their costumer service is a JOKE. It’s a complete disrespect for their costumer. I ordered a device in December and it’s already January 24 and I never received the product, I had more then 10 emails sent and only receive the same questions (what is my address, when I ordered and what happened) as I answer they send the email asking if I want a new device without any guarantee or 50% refund. My frustration is that their solution doesn’t solve anything. If I don’t receive the product, I want my money back. Also their phone number on website is NEVER answered, I repeat NEVER! I called 5 times everytime I waited in call for more then 1 hour (I have all call prints as proof), their chat is only for sale and can’t solve anything.
So save yourself a headache and never go straight to this company. I don’t know about the quality or results of the product, but my history can ending up being yours!
