U.S. Periodicals review: renewal of magazine subscription for 1 yr.

I responed to a U.S. Mail solitation from U; S Periodicals to renew my subscription to The Enquirer for 1 yr. I sent them a check via U.S. Mail. Check #2029 on Chase Bank for $97.00 on May 4, 2018. My bank paid it on May 9, 2018.
Recently, I have been notified by the National Enquirer that my subscription has not been renewed!
