Fred Meyer - Management

I was flying my drone and I happened to fly over Fred’s on Muldoon in Anchorage AK. When something malfunctioned on it it crash landed on the roof of Feddy’s. I went to the store and talked to customer service and was told there was no management in at 5:30 and they took my number and assured me they would get it to the proper manager. Layered that night around 8:45 pm I called again and asked for the store manager I was told to hold on and they tried to transfer my call twice then picked back up and told me they were not answering the MOD phone. I politely asked what the MOD phone meant and was told in a snotty voice as if I should have known “Manager On Duty” was what it meant.

I then called the next day and got the store manager Jim on the line on Friday, December 1st. He told me that at 930 am there were zero maintenance people in the store and they would again take my phone number and call if they got to. I told him it was a $300 drone, and that the GPS had located THE DRONE DIRECTLY ABOVE THE PHARMACY. He again stated they would call if they got around to it.

I realize that getting my drone isn’t a top priority however I have spent $ 1000.00’s at their store I don’t think it’s too much to ask.

Claimed loss: $300

Desired outcome: I want my drone back ASAP.

Fred Meyer - Service desk, Fred Meyer 7701 Debarr Rd. Anchorage Ak,

I came at about 4:30 PM. 5/23/22 to wire some money. I waited in line for a while. My credit card is good, but it wouldn't accept it for money transfer. The transfer was to $200 plus $8.50. I had $5 less cash so I wanted to change the amount. She told me I had to go back to the end of the line. I wanted to speak to a manager, and she refused to get one. I waited in line a long time and now she told I had to wait in line again.

I thought that was extremely rude of her.

I had to go off and find a manager to deal with her. I think she was racist.

Desired outcome: Someone should talk to her and let her that behavior is unacceptable. She should have known money transfer wouldn't credit cards.

Fred Meyer - Fred meyer jewelers

On March 24th I took a ring In to the Jewelers at 7701 DeBarr Rd Anchorage Alaska to be resized and the young man filled out the invoice and said it would be ready in 2 weeks on the 7 April approximately $80.00. So the next Sunday I was in the store so I stopped by to see if it might of been repaired earlier than expected and the other sales associate said it will be finished on 7 April as written on the invoice ok fine. So 7 April came around and I called the Jewelers and the sales associate said he had to get with the jeweler to see how much it will be to resize so my ring has been there 2 weeks and never even touched.I was very angry about that they lied to me. The next day I went to the store to get my ring and take to another jeweler to get it resized and the manager could of cared less about the situation. She gave my husband an attitude when he asked her a question and he said how can you compensate us for our troubles and being lied to that was a ring my husband bought me for my Birthday she said to call Corporate. I will never shop there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there. We have spent a lot of money at that store in the past years. I will never take a ring there again to be resized and the jeweler is always outside smoking when I go there. I give them a 0.
