I've had such a rude encounter with the receptionist, Tanya. I did not have ID and I asked if It was ok if I could do it without it. She dismissed me and told me to find a seat. I wait for almost 20 minutes, and then I ask if I should just go back home and get my ID. She says "oh I forgot" and snickers about it. No apology, no "I'm so sorry for wasting your time." Other than me, there were two other people in the waiting area and she was not busy with phone calls so she didn't forget about me because she was busy, she forgot because she was disorganized. When I took her that I was upset, she gets furious with me, and talks to be with a huge attitude. I have never had an employee talk to me, a customer, like that. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. I had to ask the person in charge. Again, I have never had an employee talk to me like that and for that reason I will not be coming back to AFC.
