Waited an hour for our dinner! 3 of the 4 orders were wrong. Asked for over easy eggs, they were scrambled! The sizzling skillet was the wrong one! Took an extra 5 minutes to get hot wings and the were almost burnt, after asking for celery they said there wasn't any. Then to top things off asked for the crepes with strawberries dish, can back i've about 15 minutes later said there was no crepes, is pancakes ok? Said yes... Just to have them come out with a very strange looking crepe with strawberries? Then when cashing out change was wrong, tickets were messed up! I am a patient person but!

I can into the restaurant this morning between the hours of 9 ish and 9:30 me and my lil daughter my waitress name was Kisha she was very nice the issue I have was that one of the other waitress that goes by the name of Tam got into it with to females they we're cursing each other out in front of all of the guest calling each other [censored]es and [censored]s it really took me by surprise for the waitress to act up like that my daughter is not use to that kind of language and the lady manager that was on duty didn't make it know better she didn't say anything how can she be a manager was the first thing came to my mind not professional at all I hope you have cameras and they work so you can play them back and see the body language and the waitress going back and forth just awful she should be fired and the manager as well for allowing it to happen at the end when she had calmed down she did the waitress came and apologized for acting out but it was a little to late then I will not be returning just lost a loyal guest

I walked into Denny's this morning about 8 or a liitle after 8 ready to eat and I was approached by the waitress Melissa stating they don't have a cook not to my surprise last time I was here the same thing I was very disappointed then I hear a lady voice saying don't put another ticket in I'm not cooking [censored] else I'm like who is that they reply was the Manager I'm like that's very unprofessional if she don't like her job she needs to quit I love coming to this Denny's because the staff is so friendly they smile and very nice her attitude is very unacceptable I will not be back for awhile as long as I know she will be there sorry y'all just lost a very loyal customer

I walked into Denny's on Daniel Payne Drive in Birmingham Alabama this morning around 8 am or a little after 8 ready to eat the waitress greated me with a smile her name was Melissa only to be disappointed she informed me that they didnt have a cook so to my surprise Im like again this is not the first time Im looking around seeing other guest then all of sudden I hear a lady voice saying dont put anymore tickets in Im not cooking they can have this [censored] im like who is that they reply was its our Manager the same Manager lady last time I was here saying she tied of the cooks not here on time and she doesnt feel like cooking this is so unprofessional especially for the guest to hear all of that im like if you dont like your job just quit I love coming to this Denny's because the waitresses are so nice stay smiling and they very polite but it will be awhile before I come especially if she got to be on the cook line thanks Mrs.Jasmine Pegues.
