We have been made many promises throughout our warranty.
Our home was finished in December 2012.
We have had a total of 7 leaks due to the faulty PEX pipes. Prior to the settlement we were told that our house would be re-piped/replumb and we were placed on the list. We have the email from your previous employer Mr. Jerry Bassett for validation and the promise to do so. We are currently on that 7th leak with it being under the foundation in the kitchen and in the kitchen wall, our floors are wet and the glue is coming up from the water seeping. We understand the process of the settlement however, if your business is supposed to be the greatest in America, and we are your customer, we feel you should honor the promise and complete the re-pipe of our home as promised. We are trying to prevent from seeking legal action with the numerous emails we have, as well as prevent exposure to the public of how you treat your customers. Please reach out to us in as soon as possible so we can get this issue resolved, to prevent any further actions. We take pride in our home, and we just want to be able to live in a home without the added stress of continuous pipe problems. We really would like to avoid any legal action.
Desired outcome: Placing us in another home, and repiping our home entirely with the structure that has to be removed placed back.
