Marco's - Marco's Braddock Drive, Hoover AL

Good evening, I ordered a pizza on line from the Braddock Drive Location in Hoover AL. The website allowed me to purchase the pizza $ 25.10. My daughter went down to pick it up and found out that the store is now closed... I told her to go to the 2304 John Hawkins Pkwy Suite 102, Location in Hoover, AL. They would help her get it straightened out. She got over there and they told her she had to call TN and cancel the order and reorder and pay for the pizza a second time. I became a bit frustrated and made a phone call from my house. I spoke with a woman on the phone at the John Hawkins location. I asked her if they could please take care of this situation. She told me there was nothing she could do. That they were a franchise. I had to call the TN location and cancel order and reorder another pizza from them. I told them it had already taken an hour for this pizza. Weren't they even concerned that the website was allowing customers to order from a location that was closed? Again, she said, "nothing I can do". I call the TN location and the man on phone said he was the manager but didn't want to give his name. He told me he would cancel the order and hung up on me. I called him back and asked him if they would make sure the website does not allow for the order to go through at the Braddock Drive location in Hoover. He told me there was nothing he could do and hung up on me again. It isn't so much the extra hour I had to wait for pizza while my kids are at the pool or fact that I had to drop another $21 to order again and wait for my money to be refunded. Money not really the issue. It was the "I don't give a [censored]" attitude both the John Hawkins Parkway location and the 103 White Bridge Pike location responded to my concern that the website was letting people order from a location that was closed.

Desired outcome: Make sure when a store closes. The restaurant voicemail says they are closed. Make sure the closed restaurant address is removed from the website.
