My name is Joseph Jones and on friday 08/20/21 I went to take a covid test for my job. After taking the test the nurse came back with a rapid test result. I told them that I did not ask for a rapid test so they administered a normal test on me. when I went back up to the front desk and informed the young lady that I didn't ask for a rapid test and that I wanted it to be removed because my job wouldn't pay for a rapid test. She said don't worry about it the insurance will pay for it. I told her that my company said if we got a rapid we would have to pay for it. So i requested it be removed because I didn't ask for a rapid test. She then said that I was supposed to have told the person administering the test what kind of test i wanted when I went back there. I said that was not true and that she is supposed to be the one I tell and she pass it on to the nurse. She looked on the computer and then said it don't matter because you tested positive, and if you test positive the insurance company will pay for both of them any way, loud enough for people sitting near to hear and I asked her if it was someone over her I could speak to about it because I wasn't getting a clear answer from her about why she can't remove it from my record. She said the supervisor was there. She went to the back and returned a few minutes later. I sat and waited for over 30 minutes for the supervisor to come out but she never did. I went back up to the desk to ask how much longer it was going to be before she came out. The other young lady up at the front who overheard the whole conversation informed me that the supervisor was also helping with patients and couldn't say how long she would be. So I gave her my number and asked her to give it to the supervisor and tell her or him to call me because I wanted to talk to her about this incident. I never recieved a call from the supervisor or anyone from the company.

Went today signed in at 3:43 was told to have a seat will be with you in a minute... nothing, went back up there on their ask how long will it be. One of the nurses was extremely rude. She called me to the back multiple times and as I was coming she comments "that I'm taking too long". I was sent to sit back down because she wasn't ready or didn't know how to do something. Afterwards it seems as she is ready to go but were upset about the remaining waiting patients still there.
