Waffle House - Terrible service

On Thursday, April 7, 2022, I went to to the Waffle House #867 on Fieldstown Rd. in Gardendale Al. I entered and a black male employee sweeping the floor directed me to a table. As soon as I sat down a black female employee told me I couldn't sit there. The BM asked her why, but she never answered. I told them that I would just get my order to go and walked to the register. There was a white female employee washing dishes and the BF told her to take my order. She advised the BF that she was washing dishes and that she should take my order. The BM Again asked the BF why I couldn't sit at the table and the BF female began to argue with the BM and WF employees. I turned and walked out. I then went eat elsewhere.

On April 11, 2022, I went to the Waffle House #1443. There was a Hispanic male sitting with a menu and an employee cleaning the grill. He never acknowledge anyone there and after 4 minutes of waiting, I left and went store #867. I walked in and a white male walked in behind me. I sat down and then he sat down. A BM employee was sitting and eating and a BF employee was sitting at the bar going over receipts. The BM said, "she'll be right with you.'" The WF employee behind the counter went to the WM who came in after me and began conversation (Seemed to be a regular), took his order. She walked in front of me and said, "I'll be with you in a minute." she then began to cook his food. I decided to wait five minutes, but after being ignored, I again walked out and went to eat else where. If the restaurants were busy I would understand, but there were few customers each time. This is frustrating. I understand that it's not Ruth's Chris, but customers still require decent service. I seem to to be getting none at the Waffle House.

Desired outcome: Yes, an apology would be nice, but I would really like to see your corporation invest in customer service training for the current employees. In most Waffle House's I go to the people are friendly and often funny.
