Nissan - selling damage cars

Purchase two vehicles from the company 1 of the vehicles has sever
structural damage. It has been a nightmare trying to trade this car.
On 11/16/13 I went to a car tent sale in Hueytown, Al on that day I was
able to walk off the lot with 2 cars (no down payment)sold by Kent
Smith. The cars as I purchase was a 2013 Impala and 2011 Sentra. I was
over joyed with the fact I was able to do so; however I wasn't in the
car I wanted unsatisfied. I felt like I was manipulated into getting the
cars. Not knowing that I sign my life away to cars that car fax has a
horrible background story to tell on the cars. I attempted to trade the
Impala at a local dealership in Montgomery, Al. they wouldn't take my
car as a trade the asked if I would take my car back to the dealership I
purchase it from ask if they would accept the car back, pay the car off
remove it off my credit or trade me out of the car into the car of my
choice to decrease my debt ratio. I decided to go to what I was thinking
was Crown Nissan at the time to see about talking to company owner Bob
Roper about my car only to find out the company wasn't there anymore.
There under new management and now called Brenton Nissan owner Dale
Brenton. I've talk to Dale, BJ and Paul so far from the car dealer ship
and nothing has happened for me in the past 2 weeks. The impala I am
currently driving has server structural damage. The car could possibly
have a recall, the list continues to grow as I research the car. It's
been a nightmare, I want out of the contract with the car. I don't know
what else to do at this point.
