CiCi's Pizza

On 10/26/2019 approximately 8:55pm I place an order for two cinnamon rolls, I picked them up at 9:15pm. When I reached my destination at 9:25pm I noticed my cinnamon rolls were HARD and had hard balls of cinnamon. I could not take the cinnamon rolls back because they were now closed so I waited until today. I spoke with a manager on the phone and he was not understanding and completely rude and he hung up in my face, it's so unprofessional. I didn't get a chance to get his name because when I called back he hung up in my face AGAIN!
