First let me start by saying that I love dollar tree. Couldn't wait til the store @ 1001 memorial opened. I was there for the grand opening and meet ms. Polly she was so nice, the store is only 0.6 miles from my house. Now on dec 07, 2018 I visited the dollar tree store # 431 @ 20:35 hours. I have been to this same store many times. First I am a disabled senior. An employe his name in okino, I have had run & works with him in the past, nothing was about it, so with the run in with him in dec, I called the corp office for dollar tree and was instructed to leave a message that someone would contact me (not). I have never been treated by anyone like I was with okino. The store was packed, 2 people on registers, there was about 15 people deep @ register 1, okino was on the other one, he closed his regester, I asked him why are you closing, he replied I am going on break! In a nasty tone to me. He returned from break, by now there are so many people in line with carts that were full, I asked him if he was going to open, he replied next customer, so I went to his line. I said him you are so rude, he said no you are rude & nasty, and I am not going to wait on you, so he told the girl @ the next to wait on me. I said I am not going to move my stuff, you will have to wait on me, now there are about 12 people behind me, he still refuses to wait on me, so a lady left the back of the line went around the register and he rang up her stuff, next customer all the while I am standing there, I replied I am not going to move, so can you ring me up he replied, no I am not going to wait on you. After almost 5 mins, he was slinging my stuff that he had put in a bag for the other person to wait on me, he told me that I was nasty & rude, I said to him I am the customer and you don't treat me that way. All the other people in line was getting upset over this matter & I told him that I was going to report him, he said go ahead, I am not going loose anything with a grin on his face. He doesn't need to be working with the public, first you are dealing with multitude attitudes you don't know how people will react. I understand everybody has a right to there breaks, I have worked as a cashier for years, sometime you have to put a smile on your face even if it is a fake one. I cases like the above one he could cleared the backed up lines and then took his break. Because I never got no call back, I went to the store in person last week and said something to the manager, she said she hadn't heard anything about it, but would ask him when he got to work. (still nothing) this is not a laughing matters to me it very serious. I think that he should lose his job. I went down to store # 7418 I was (fit to be tide) talked to some customers in that store, they said they had problems with him also, but didn't know who to call about it. I am almost ready to file a complaint with the bbb & ftc. Something needs to be done about okino.

Sounds like you had a little too much haterade. If you're fit to be tide, then that guy should've made you drink some of that laundry detergent to wash out your filthy mouth. Lol
