After reading all the bad reviews about this company I still decided to give them a try. I called to take out a loan over the phone on a thursday around 10:00am after calling all thursday afternoon to hear my approval status and every time I called the young lady said, "let me check and see if they sent me an email and i'll give you a call back" so I said okay. I have yet to receive a call! But I not upset about them not giving me a call back i'm pissed because they pull my credit report and I know it wasn't because of my credit report that they didn't return my call because a couple days later I went and applied at a local bank and was approved within 2days and the apr was much better!

Never return calls poor customer service. Products and services approval in mail. Rude customer service from agent Lexi on my account. The endless phone calls and messages Harassing office calls.
