Firestone Complete Auto Care - Customer service

My husband called to get a quote on some tires Friday 6/25/2021 the lady was real nice and gave him a quote of 630.12 and told him to come in Saturday morning between 7am and 8am. I was standing at the door when they unlocked at opening There was 1 lady who had an appt and lady who was walking in like I was. When it was my turn I explained to the guy that we got a quote for Firestone tires for the amount above he said he didn't have anything for that price and if she told me that than they might have sold them, mind you we called at 6:50 10 minutes before they close. He than gave me a quote for over $200 more. I said no he told me the girl that quoted me will be in at 8am like he didn't want to deal with the issue at hand. He all of a sudden found the quote she gave me as I was walking out the door, and said well those tires are not recommended for this car and I asked him are they the same size he said yes, I asked him if they are going to make me wreck he said as long as I don't go over 120 MPH, Really? I should have left at that time and went somewhere else but I didn't So I gave them my car keys and left the building at 7:14 am I called at 11:15am and they said they haven't started on my car yet and it would still be a couple of hours. I asked Fransisco if I was to stay and wait on my car would I have to sit and wait for 8 hours to get a set of tires he said yes if the appointments took that long because appts come 1st. I completely understand that, however, you should NEVER have customers wait that long. The lady in front of me was a walk in and I know they took her car back before I left I spoke to her and asked if she had an appt and she said no she just drove up here. This is the worst customer service I have ever had they were rude. I understand that they are always busy but explain to your customers that you don't take walk ins due to being short handed or something of that nature. This situation was handled all wrong and I WILL NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Please get some competent people to talk to your customers
