American Family Care

I was seen Sarland, AL American family care for strep twice in October of 2021. I paid the 70 that was told was my copay the first visit. Second visit (2 days later) said my copay was 30. I didn't care just wanted to feel better. It's January 2022 and my account has been hit with 100 in Nov, Dec, and now Jan. That's 300 plus what I paid the day I went in! I've given no authorization for these charges. I am fed up with being told that's your copay. Excuse me! My bank will be contacted again over this. Afc has made it impossible to get in contact to get this fixed.

I'm filing a complaint against the American family care in Saraland Alabama. My 15yr old daughter hurt her left arm . So I took her on a Sunday afternoon on 9/12/2001 to get it looked at . I don't like the fact that I couldn't go in the back with my daughter who is a minor without having to pay extra to go with her just because I'm not the patient I'm the parent I should have been able to go with her. When she got back there the dr treated her like she was incompetent and they did x-ray her arm . She was un happy with her service she felt uncomfortable around the dr he kept touching her and even pulled his mask down while talking to her. We were not satisfied at all with the service she received and we want be back.
