Captain D's - Soggy food

I just spent $44.37, my food was very greasy, my okra wasn't even fried very soggy! I got the family sample meal. I'm 14miles one way to captain d's just to get home to horrible food. This is the first time i've ever gotten horrible food from captain d's! I had an online order, I sent a picture of the receipt that was on my food. I sent 2 pictures on 10/27/23

Claimed loss: $44.37

Desired outcome: Hopefully meal replacement
