Was at your location around 7:30, there was 3 young boys working. All 3 looked to young and no manager was seen. They were complaining about the plates they were supposed to be making. There was only 3 other tables needing food. The tea was sour and nasty, the Texas toast bacon egg and cheese wasn't cut in half, bacon was burnt, and the plates didn't have the pickles on it. Just awful service and the employees you have in here need to be trained and coached on what to say and not to say around your guest. You shouldn't be worried about your text messages or how much your phone is charged. Your customers are important. You need to understand that.
