PAM Transport - TPD training school

I been in Arkansas at the TPD school today I’m leaving at 11:50 am using my own money to get back to Houston this school has been one of the worse experience and today was the last straw. My roommate not only ran up on me in front of everyone outside of the hotel but also threaten me due to her own personal problems this isn’t the first time she went off on me the night before she went off on me because I didn’t tell another student he needs to switch rooms like he was told to do that’s not my job to keep up with every student at the school. From day one of sharing rooms with Caroline it has been hell in hot water. If you ask the hotel to run back the camera all night she’s end and out slamming the door smoking cigarettes cursing being ghetto it got to the point I keep my AirPods on just to get some sleep. Dealing with that everyday having to listen to her go off on her boyfriend constantly getting waken up for someone going off on me. Yet she also went off on the guy that’s been driving the van for Pam. You can ask him yourself not only did she go off threaten people numerous times with the pepper spray she carry in her purse. Dealing with her then coming to school not getting properly trained tops it. Only receiving to reps for Parallel parking within 6 hours back door asking the instructor Sean how to parallel park he worse then the students he couldn’t even do it himself. How are we suppose to pass a cdl test with a trainer that can’t even parallel park themselves. I’ve been head sense October 18,2023 one the worse experiences in the world. I assume the trainer with tpd would be the same experience as the sponsorship schools but it’s not. Nobody is on the same page for the pretrip either that’s the main thing you have to pass. Being told if people bring complains to Pam they’ll get kick out of tpd program. How are you guys paying for someone tuition they not even learning the bare minimum to pass. What sucks the most is the instructors don’t even want to be there and stating their last month is December treason why they sent back and watch students struggle. You can’t expect anybody to learn a maneuver when your own instructor can’t do it and constantly saying they getting ready to leave

Claimed loss: $400 plus $4500 school loan

Desired outcome: Not paying no loan for training I didn’t receive

PAM Transport - 3 months wasted

My husband and I weren't even making ends-meet when he decided to go into the trucking industry. He stumbled upon the driver solutions website and we both thought it would be a good idea since he wasn't having good luck with getting a job our here. Well, he applied and was contacted by a man named Brian Kelly I believe. We went through a process of...
