The cashier is a female African American short hair from the age of 26 to 30 ish she took my order and collected the money. She was using someone else’s register name Gustavo she had no name tag and when I asked her name she closed the window and rolled her eyes at me. As well besides disrespectful she stated she was the manager. I have been to this Burger King multiple times and I have seen her like twice she always gets the order wrong. This time I decided to look at the bag before pulling out because in the pass I had my order incomplete. When I confronted her about the order been wrong, she stated she didn’t take the order and proceeded with charging me the difference which I don't care. She was very rude and didn’t provide me with a second receipt. At the end, it was the most horrible service I have ever experienced
Desired outcome: I want someone higher then a manager to speak to this person
