On july 29th bout 430om I went into autozone in parker az to buy a 129.99 starter that I seen online for a 2000 yukon 5.3 jeff the asst store manager came to the desk I told him what I needed and gives me a price of 179.99 with. 40$ core fee and I said no there was a starter for 129.99 and he said well you can go home and order it online because we don't have that price and I said excuse me... And he starts saying your the one who returned a battery after I told you no you can't I said no I didn't he said yes you did I said what the [censored] are you serious and he said yes i'm pretty sure your the one and I said nope not me and he said you know what you can leave my store I don't need nor want your service jeff is his name and due to our nationality get treated with bad service and tolerated long enough so I said ok then turns around and says your looking for a 2003 yukon starter I said that is not the correct information I first gave you he looks up 2000 yukon and bam there is the 129.99 with a 25$ core get the starter throws it down on the counter and says total is 153.45$ and I look at my friend and said you know what we don't need the starter now thank you... He was very rude accused me of doing a return which I know nothing about tells me to leave very very rude and yelling at us... And I don't think someone with this behavior needs to be a asst store manager nor in customer service
