I reserved a suite for my Yorkie over the July 4 weekend. When I go to
check my dog in at 8pm on July 3 I am told all suites are taken. I ask if they can check with some other stores close by and they are all taken also. The clerk at the store was talking to someone with their online reservation system and the lady told our clerk we could
check with some vets about boarding her with them. Right. 8 pm at nite
