Order 15 on Friday August 23, 2019 at 8:02 ordered a whopper with bacon received the meal with no bacon on it. Called the store to tell them about it and no answer. I'm staying here at the Phoenix children's hospital because my son is admitted here if It wasn't for him being here I'd go back down there and ask for my money back. There should be absolutely no reason why they shouldn't answer at this time of night.

1st visit to this location- used coupon for 3.99 2 whopper JR and sm fries meal upgraded meal cost 5 something. Order was messed up asked for no cheese but got it anyway and they didn't add ranch to the bag as requested. No coupon was asked for
2nd visit- used same coupon, this time they demanded the coupon before food was handed out. Staff were cursing and joking with each other, again they forgot to add my condiments including my jalepeno I paid .60 cent for, ruined my lunch.
3rd visit- Today 8/8/19 anywhere from 11:45-12:00, I used a coupon for 5.00 2 whopper Jr meals, we asked for the meals to be upsized, price went up to $7.60. At the window we got 2 large drinks but the fries were still small, they wanted to charge another 0.80 cents for fries upgrade for a total of 9.25, we asked for the manager as we felt they were ringing everything up one at a time separately instead of one super size charge. After all the confusion and speaking with two managers in the drive through it ended up with us not wanting to pay the additional 1.80 and left with small 1/2 filled boxes, the whopper Jr had shrunk tremendously and is not smaller than a McDonalds cheese burger. I would like a full refund or a few vauchers to enjoy lunch for myself and my coworker at a more professional friendly Burger King. please respond to my complaint at [protected]@yahoo.com
