I filed a complaint yesterday and still have not heard back from you.
The manager Sarah on Sunday April 30 around two pm was extremely rude to me I spent about thritydollars, came home and the one top that was the most expensive was not in my bags When I went back to the store to compain they said the reviewed the tapes and the clothes were placed in two bags and I walked out with them Well then how did the top that cost $9.99 [protected] not be in my bags? I think the gal did not place it in the bags and maybe was left in another bag that she failed to give me. She kept on leaving her register to get price on items for the customer. There was only tw lines open and about 10 people were waiting in line. I even asked where the manager was to open another lane, and was told she was in back. Well itsn't I the responsibility of her to make sure people don't wait? I have managed thrift stores, and I never treated ccustomers like she did. I managed Eve's treasures, Four Paws thrift store and Sun Valle thrift stores, I am not a kid to be treated so rudely.
