Express Flooring - Poor installation practices

The salesman was great. The installers arrived for install day 1 and just dropped off material and left. Day 2 they showed and worked. I had carpet and tile removed from the master suite and replaced with wood laminate. They moved all my furniture as promised. however, the did not cover anything. The took my bath towels off the hooks and covered my vanity and belongings I had stuck in the tub to get out of their way. My entire bathroom and closet are covered in dust. All my clothes are dusty, my jewelry, my walls, light fixtures, inside my cabinets, etc. They removed my toilet and when they replaced it, it would not work. They told me I had to pay for a plumber. They found a crack in my concrete and told my husband it would be $280 to repair and they wanted cash. He asked them to bill us. 3 different times the installer asked for cash. The office called us the next day to tell us we owed $781 for the crack repair. We explained what the installer told us. They asked the installer and he denied it. They essentially called us liar. They did not caulk around the tub so now water can seep underneath the flooring. The knocked my TP holder out of the wall and just left it. One of my baseboards is coming off. I had a spare roll of carpet which was left in my closet when the home. was built. They took that. (I still have carpet in other rooms) They did not put everything back, such as clothing they took off the rock in my closet. When we asked if they were going to put it back they said they didn't know where it went. Not once did anyone call us to ask how we liked the floor, just asked for more money. I also have concrete bits and dust on my shower rail, cement slung on shower that wasn't cleaned up. Just a real unprofessional experience.

Desired outcome: I want my toilet repaired, my baseboard repaired, My TP holder put back and I don't want to pay for the concrete crack because of the non-english speaking installers who were trying to scam us of cash.

Express Flooring - Salesperson's rudeness and omission of mandatory arbitration clause.

BEWARE. Express Carpeting's salesperson(person) was rude and arrogant. Its advertising incomplete. After inviting person into our home and listening to his spiel for hours, I asked about if contract contained mandatory arbitration clause (i.e., you can't sue them). He didn't know and handed me the (adhesion) contract, which had this clause in it. I told him I would not sign it and suggested my willingness to provide him with a contract omitting it. He refused and arrogantly said I wasted his time and that I should have asked this questions before he spent hours at our home. He left in a huff without responding to my suggestion that his company should consider changing its "mandatory arbitration" requirement. Do your shopping elsewhere. Mandatory arbitration clauses most always favor the company over the consumer.
