The Salvation Army USA

Couch in employee break room, has bed bugs. Nothing has been done to remove the couch. No exterminator, sprayed once with over the counter spray.
I was trying to be careful and wrap the other table and chair in the break room, with plastic, and the human resource employee, let me have it.. Said the bags I used were too expensive to be using for no bed bugs..
She is rude, mean, and should be looking at the cameras for important situations in this homeless shelter, not at me, trying to protect myself with a plastic bag, on my lunch break at 8pm at night. I work very hard for this company, and I make minimum wage, I should not be treated with disrespect by an employee that does not care about me, only a plastic bag.
I felt like she was accusing me of stealing a salvation army bag. She says we have no bed bugs, but yet another employee, took a nap on that couch, and was bitten more than 10 places on her body.. Reported to human resources and nothing was done.
I have the date and the employee name for proof, the janitor that sprayed once on the couch, and other employees here, that were told I wasn't supposed to use a salvation army bag, and that human resources is upset with me.
Nothing else to say, but how disappointing an employee in human resources has made me feel, in several incidents that have felt like she has nothing else to do.. But find things to question any little thing I do.
