I ordered a cheeseburger and a milkshake and requested it be sliced for take out. The guy who took the order asked about the order about four times…. a cheeseburger and a shake?
Finally received order and no shake nor was the burger sliced. Asked to speak with manager Esteban at around 8:00 pm on same day March 28. Manager really didn’t care to speak with us. I wanted to speak with him without the waitress who should have taken the order or the other kid who took the order but wasn’t the waiter or wait staff. The immature manager said he had to have his team around him; he seemed afraid to be alone.
Then I suggested that since we waited so long and the order was so basic that the shake should be comped. Manager was rude and insulted us about our age (70s).
I asked for the tip back that I had given ineptness non-server that took the order because I tipped when paying and before I received the order…. won’t be returning to this franchise.
Desired outcome: Hopefully replace such an inept manager and contact his supervisor; at the very least retraining so that he knows about good customer service; hope it isn’t a money laundering operation. The guy who took the order was not Christina O.
